After camping last month at Bennett Hill on the large middle bay of Glendo Reservoir, I was eager to explore that bay by kayak. Taking advantage of free time (yeah still not employed, grin) and good weather, I went up for one night camping and (as it turned out) seven hours and about six miles of paddling. I also found lots of great rocks, mostly BIF (banded iron formation) pebbles, all around, and came back again with a heavily loaded kayak.
